Email is Kutztown University’s primary means of communication. Microsoft Exchange is at the heart of this communication. Our goal is to provide the best user experience possible.
Faculty and Staff Email
Outlook 2007 is the primary client used with Microsoft Exchange. It allows our customers to take advantage of all of the features our system has to offer, including mail, shared calendars and quick access to the Global Address List. For those who prefer other clients such as Thunderbird and MacMail, we provide IMAP4 and POP3 access.
Additionally, our customers can access their mailbox through the web at https://owa.kutztown.edu.
Student Email (New)
Student Email is hosted by Microsoft on Exchange through the Live@edu program. The student email experience is enhanced with a 10 GB quota, access to Microsoft’s collaboration tools, and an email account that can be kept after the student graduates from the University and moves into a career.
For more information regarding the new Student Email system, please review the news release.
